repro steps:
- create a uml project of any type
- create a diagram of any type
- create and name some elements on the diagram
- zoom in on the diagram so some elements are only partly displayed on the
diagram  window
- click on the Print Preview button from the diagram window toolbar
- click on Print Setup button from Print Preview dialog
- from the Print Setup dialog, toggle the "Print Current Window" radio button
and click on OK
- from the Print Preview dialog, the partly hidden elements on the diagram are
now displayed outside the set margins (see attached snapshot). When printed on
paper, the hidden parts of the elements on the diagram is also printed outside
the paper margins.

printing has not yet been implemented in 6.5.
