Open a project already createdMove the componentes in Flow DesignSwitch to
Sourceand some annotations are not refresh in the right possitionsee Attachment

This reproducible. The bug is probably caused by Java Editor module.Setting as
accepted, later it will be very likely reassigned to java editor module.

The attachment is missing from this bug. It is very important to have it to be
evaluate the bug.

This is probably caused by a race condition in editor/java module while the code
is regenerating.

Designer 1 has been removed from NB 6.0 therefore resolving issue as WONTFIX. Designer 2 does not have this issue.
