Description:
build 2006/03/24, WinXP

start IDE with --fontsize16 option
UML diagram view, right-click diagram to bring up context menu, 
choose "compartment" and "customize"
the customize window shows very small fontsize, that seems to be hardcoded, 
regardless of the general IDE wide fontsize option, 
plus window is not resizable and not all buttons show completely.

I have fixed this issues in coco branch and ported the fix to release 5.5 branch.
