I'm not able to exactly reproduce the bug bellow, but what I have done:
1)I had got some JSP files and I compiled them.
2)Then I processed some cut-copy-paste actions on these JSP
3)When I tried to compiler one of the JSPs an exception from attachement was
printed into console.
4)Then, all JSP I had were uncompilable (IDE didn't try to compile anything -
only "Error compiling XXX" message appeard immediatelly after I clicked to
compile button).

Tried to reproduce in 31_32, saw no problems.
