Inside SVN diff, the error stripe showing changes cannot be used to focus
changed lines -- it does not respond to mouse clicks.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Diff some locally modified file
2) Try to click on blue stripes inside appered diff window
--> Compared to ie. java editor, the ide does not focus affected lines

IMHO, issues 64712 and 68468 are related to this observation.

We now have the errorstripe in Diff and subversion uses its own. We will remove
this custom errorstripe from subversion. This also implies we will remove the
diff padding.
