Currently documentation appears in a window when an element is selected.
Enhance this feature by allowing users to select whether documentation for each
element is displayed on the window.  The user will then be able to view
documentation for several components at the same time.  Documenation is one tool
the user has to overcome standard modeling limitation to capture the ideas the
user really wants to model.
