-background color of checkboxes is grey, but should be white

-checkbox in porttypes -> <wsname> is checked, but should be unchecked as all
other checkboxes are

-"use default" checkbox positioning is different in different panels:
  - in porttypes panel it's next to java class textfield - that's OK
  - in porttype operations panel it's in the middle between java method name
textfield and right edge of the editor - it should be next to the text field too
or aligned with "use default" radio buttons which are on lines bellow the checkbox
  - in porttype faults it's next to java class textfield - that's OK
  - in services panel it's aligned to the right, but it should be next to java
class text field as it is in porttypes panel
