Encountered when running my custom rules file on the ant module. Haven't gotten
it to work yet.

I am seeing the same behaviour with the integrated Simplify Boolean Expressions.

I have similar problem. I made unit test which fails due to this bug:
jbrowse/test/unit/src/org/netbeans/api/java/source/gen/MethodTest2.java

The old Jackpot module is no longer maintained. There is a rewrite in progress at: http://bitbucket.org/jlahoda/jackpot30/wiki/Home
