Runfile action on a JSF file has to take into account the FacesServlet and
provide the correct URL. It is very confusing for the user. AFAIK everybody
first tries to run the file incorrectly and it is very non intuive to find out
where is the problem.

Marking P2 bcs I think this is a big usability issues.
