Currently it is possible to wrap the libraries in the Library Wrapper Module 
creation wizard only.

Secondly it is not obvious that multiple library jars can be selected. 

Thirdly, jars from different dirs cannot be selected using the file chooser. 
The user has to type the paths to the libraries separated by 
java.io.File.pathSeparator char.
