Along with the ability to align widgets to the left or right there should be 
the ability to align a widget or group to the CENTER of another.

This obviously relates to Matisse only.

We definitely plan to add this capability into some future release.

I believe this issue is a duplicate of Issue 60570 and Issue 64860.  Regardless,
I agree that this issue should be addressed.
