reassigning back to core. Incorrect using of swing outside of EDT. Radime, any chance you know what's going on here? Thanks. This is a workaround for bug described in http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=4711700 and also in our bug #38479. Perhaps we can close this as a wontfix - dev may require 1.5 soon and this will be obsolete. If we want to fix we can fix threading and call this workaround from EDT. That's why focus listener in editor (correctly) throws assertion error. It should be OK in 1.5 because according to bugparade it is fixed in 1.4.2_04 (and the log show older version). Last note: please create a bug and then attach log file next time. It is easier to read. Ok, we switched to JDK 1.5.0 for next release, so this is wontfix. v/c |
