Open two files.  Put the cursor inside a method in one file.  Hit Shift-F4.  The Documents dialog will display the name of one file (the one in which the cursor is *not* in) and the name of the method in which the cursor is in...not the name of the other file.

I guess the order of the files is OK as the files get sorted alphabetically.
The problem is the displaying of the name of the active method instead of the
name of the file. I've found that this problem is dup of issue 66777.
