Tag Name text field in New Tag File Wizard is growing as a text is beeing typed in.

Steps to reproduce:
1) New File
2) Web -> Tag File
3) Check 'Add Tag File to TLD'
4) type some text to Tag Name
-> the text field is growing

NB 6.5: The UI for new TagHandler was changed. The problem described in this issue does not happen anymore...
