0. remove all file systems
1. add new file system - it will appear both in list and tree mode.
2. add next new file system - it is shown only in tree mode.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).

I guess that this is a bug in org.netbeans.core.PackageNode

It seems to be invalid now.

Please reopen with more detailed spec if it still occures.
