Existing J2SE projects can be renamed. Module Suite Projects can't. There is now
"Rename" in the project context menu.

Using NB 5.0, JDK 5.0_04.

I believe this is a dup. There's no plan to support Rename of a Module Suite
project in 5.0 anyway.

Actually, it CAN be renamed by going to project properties, Build, Basis
Branding.  So, it's just missing from the context menu.
