Besides present DocumentLine annotatable it would be useful to have a
<start-ofset, end-offset> Annotatable spanning arbitrary number of lines.
This would be useful for marking modified areas of source in VCS that currently
uses a workaround solution by using many line annotatables to create illusion of
a continuous annotated area which brings performance issues.
