Build ZIP Distribution should deliver a simple way to build 
debian packages. Daniel Baumann from http://www.debian-
unofficial.org/ would provide a script that can generate Debian 
packages on a Debian system.

If this RFE gets accepted, there is one question:
How should this be integrated? Should the script be called from 
the project context menu or should it be delivered in the zip 
distribution?

If it gets called from the contxt menu, it have to accept 
parameters for the package generation.

Otherwise, the parameters must be within the script itselfs.

6.9 has the ability to create installers but not native packages.
