I found a deadlock while I was enabling/disabling a module in Module manager.
Unfortunatelly I am not able to reproduce it again. Please, look at attached
thread dump and fix if possible. I did the following:

- create web application project
- set Swing HTML browser as default browser
- run project
- open Module Manager
- disable "Data Files|Image" module
- enable module again
- disable/enable several times and it got stuck suddenly.

Build 20050901-0205, JDK1.5.0_04, WindowsXP.

module manager subcomponent is gone => resolved issues are assigned to
autoupdate/code
