After installing the Jalopy plug-in for NB4.1 the "Run" and "Debug" options 
(maybe more) disappeared from the context menu in the "Projects" window.  
After removing the plug-in through "Tools->Options" the menu fails to display 
at all.

When right clicking on package or class.

Also effects double clicking on a class file to open it in the editor.

Seems fixed in the latest build.
