[dev-200506142000, JDK 1.5.0_04, Experimental Refac. 0.16.0.2.3 from AUC]

I extracted couple of statements to method with one parameter and after doing
UNDO operation ConcurrentModificationException was thrown.

The same exception was thrown when undoing Introduce Variable operation.

Doesn't seem to be reproducible in dev-200508081800. Please evaluate the
exception anyway. Thanks.
