Reassigning for evaluation. It looks like mdr storage gets corrupted. Can you reproduce this bug in NB 5.0? I ran into what looks like the same bug this afternoon in NB 5.0-beta. I don't have a detailed log file, but the exception I got in an infinite loop was: java.lang.NullPointerException at org.netbeans.modules.javacore.JMManager.scanFiles(JMManager.java:1070) at org.netbeans.modules.javacore.JMManager.resolveCPRoot(JMManager.java:999) at org.netbeans.modules.javacore.JMManager.resolveCodebases(JMManager.java:814) at org.netbeans.modules.javacore.JMManager$2.run(JMManager.java:768) at org.openide.util.Task.run(Task.java:207) at org.openide.util.RequestProcessor$Task.run(RequestProcessor.java:469) [catch] at org.openide.util.RequestProcessor$Processor.run(RequestProcessor.java:870) followed by: org.netbeans.mdr.util.MountFailedException Partition mount failed. (that is all I was able to get). It only happened once, and when I killed NB and restarted, it was fine. -- Kevin *** Issue 68137 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** *** Issue 68002 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** Created attachment 28276 [details]

I am have this problem with NetBeans 4.1 on Windows ME. log attached above I think all of these issues are going to be closed, aren't they? I am closing all reports in category Java/Unsupported as wontfix. These should be dead issues --- if the reported cases are against some live part of the NetBeans IDE please reopen and we can discuss to which category they belong. |
