Hello, 
library manager is a good feature - for any named library can be specified
classpath (from jars, dirs), docs and src.

Very useful feature I seems could be:

* specify dependency for named library on other named libraries too (as is
possible in project classpaths)

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
