- it is not possible to create breakpoints
- watches cannot be created/deleted via context menu of watches view

Isn't there some correlation with issue #59915? Please provide more information.

IMHO this is a duplicate of issue #59915. Can not reproduce the problem with
watches.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
