UI specificaton describes menu Window. There should be item
Execution      (x) [Ctrl+Shift-6]. IDE 4.1 RC2 build 200504291131 's menu window
does not contain this item. (Solaris/sparc rel., but probably all)

Just explanation, there is no more the Execution window (it ws removed from 4.x
reelase), so it should be removed from UI spec too.

Main menu is now described in permanent UI specification [1].
