today's build from CVS.  Same for latest daily build from nb.org

applemenu module for some reason appears to be disabled and cannot be enabled.
Our handler for Cmd-Q never runs.

it's broken since Mila refactored the editor module and increased the major spec
number.  applemenu depends on editor to override the keybindings.  The
dependency wasn't updated.  The module fails to install.  I wonder why no error
message is shown
