Click on About in Help menu.

[jglick] Now I see this in the Splash screen. The Main Window is fine, and so is Help | About.

[jglick] Forgot to update Splash dialog title (contents were OK). For some reason the dialog title shows up on Windows 2000 but not on NT (I had been checking on NT). Fixed.

Priority is changed to P4 (normal).
