BrokenReferencesSupport currently supports only 
certain types of broken references: 
 
* reference to other project 
* reference to a foreign file 
* reference to an external source root 
* reference to a Java Library 
* reference to a Java Platform 
 
It would be useful to be able to define any kind 
of broken references, for instance broken 
references to target servers in web/j2ee 
projects, so that all broken references could be 
reported and fixed in one place.
