When adding a server instance for sun appserver,
the 2nd step is "Choose Application Server
Instance" in the left pane but "Choose an
Application Server to register" in the top of the
right pane.  These should be the same and use
sentence capitalization.

Sentence capitalization is not there.

wizard rewritten. this refers to the older code.
