I have made some gui beans and built some forms.
Now I want to refactor the beans to another package.
The forms will not allow the refactoring. So I
have to delete all the components, refactor and
re-add.
For my forms this ammounts to throwing away the
form and staring again.
Netbeans needs some means of rescaning forms to
take refactoring into account.

We have support for it in refactoring module. The work should be done
in form module.
