see 52801 on template descriptor html area -
facts are the same and this too worked in previous
netbeans

please put fix into 4.1 code also.

Re-assigning. Jirka, I guess this is a duplicate of issue #53207.
Please evaluate.

Ken, is this a showstopper for the 4.0 ML release? Please try to
verify the patch included in issue #53207 and let us know if you still
want it to be put in for 4.0 ML. Thanks.
