Get the following whether I right-click a 
project and select "Generate Javadoc for 
project" or select same option from build menu:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate pair 
in treePair1: SL[/Browsers/SwingBrowser pair2: SL
[/Browsers/SwingBrowser index1: 6 index2: 6

Next time please provide your messages.log or at least the full
stacktrace and build number (otherwise, if this was not a well known
problem, we would not be able to identify it). Thanks.
