At the moment projects only support one (web
projects) or two (i.e. src and test folder) places
for java sources.

It would be nice if the number of source folders
would be unlimited allowing the user to structure
the source into groups as (s)he likes.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen.
