The dialog that allows the user to select tasks 
displays Scrollbar on resolutions 1024x768 and 
less, decreasing a lot from the visual 
attractiveness.

We should optimize for 1280x1024, but keep the 
1024x769 visually clean, since this is the 
resolution used still on many laptops, and 
especially projectors.
