many cvs related messages are not in bundle files
so cant be localized, for example

versioning menu->cvs-> first 3 items

cvs checkout dialog - most messages

cvs import dialog - most messages

create new profile for cvs

NOTE - all similar pvcs menu and dialogs
seen have messages from bundle files

There are messages in
vcsgeneric/profiles/cvsprofiles/src/org/netbeans/modules/vcs/profiles/cvsprofiles/config/BundleGlobal.properties
file. This was added into the vcsgeneric/l10.list file.
