1) Open ToDo View
2) Press Selected folder button

You can select more than one folder now, but Ok
button is not enable after that. This is strange UI.

And selecting more than one folder should be
supported functionality. I am working on more than
one projects.

Yes, selecting more than one folder could be a supported functionality. 
Unfortunately, it is currently difficult to change the current
bihaviour to prohibit multiple selection in the dialog.
Thus, I'm changing this to a request for enhancement for selection of
multiple folders.
