When using Netbeans 3.6 in SDI mode with KDE 3.2.x
or Gnome 2.6 on Linux, changing virtual desktops
causes all of Netbeans' windows (other than the
main window) to minimize. I am also using Xinerama
in a dual-head configuration.

I initially reported this on bugs.kde.org but they
said it was a Netbeans bug. I have started using
WindowMaker as my window manager, because this
problem does not occur with it.
