Description ssoong 2004-07-28 14:01:50 UTC
Just at start of installation, I tried changing
the install directory to a path more compatible
with my life-style/ego.

The [Browse] button shows no action so I had to
key in the installation path myself.

Install file is:
netbeans-4.0-daily-bin-200407271830-windows-
27_Jul_2004_1830

What JDK? I saw this problem on Win XP and JDK 1.5.0 beta 3 but it
started to work on next trial so I am not able to reproduce it.
Comment 2 ssoong 2004-07-28 15:58:21 UTC
JDK 1.5.0 beta 2 on Win2K.
I also have JDK 1.4.2 installed.
Don't know which JDK was used.

It was a bug in JDK 1.5.0 up to beta3-b56 (+-1). In latest builds it
works.
