* 2px between Description label and text area
* get rid of the empty gap below the description text area (the 
gap is bigger than in New Project wizard)

2px done. 

Gap is a bit problematic because the JEditorPane showing description
probebly changes it's size.

Gap is the same as in New Proj Wizard. It is space reserved for inline
error message.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now. 
If you are still able to reproduce the problem, please reopen. Thanks in advance.
