While I was reading sources of MDR I found that
BtreeDataFile creates files with additional space
in the extents for their future growth. This can
be perhaps changed for databases that keep
information about platform is this will be very
likely static. A result can be more compact file -
less I/O (memory will likely be the same).

MDR is no longer supported.
