Description David Simonek 2004-05-27 12:45:55 UTC
Spec says edge bar buttons should have dragger
painted.
Comment 1 David Simonek 2004-05-27 15:09:49 UTC
Removing from promod, according to agreement with HIE that feature
*could* be postponed, as it is connected with DnD, which is also
postponed.
Comment 2 David Simonek 2004-05-27 15:27:45 UTC
Removed from promod list as agreed with HIE, because dragger icon
makes no sense when no DnD is possible (which is the case now).
Comment 3 David Simonek 2004-05-27 15:28:24 UTC
Oops sorry for duplicate message.
Comment 4 David Simonek 2004-10-12 15:28:12 UTC
Prioritizing.
Comment 5 Milos Kleint 2004-11-25 14:36:42 UTC
done, sliding window's edge bar now can be dragged into, having a
visual indication about the drop position.
(I suppose this was the task about).
Comment 6 Milos Kleint 2004-11-25 14:47:18 UTC
reopening, I misunderstod.
Comment 7 Milos Kleint 2004-11-25 15:00:18 UTC
Dusan, can you please update the spec for sliding windows? I'm missing
the look of the dragger icon on mac/linux. (only win2000/winxp is
shown in the screenshots)

Plus I'm kind of reluctant to remove the icons from the sliding
buttons. IMHO this would make it more ugly and the easy visual link
between the window and the button gets lost. Please consider.

Thanks.

I like the new window icons too, but some of them are too narrow (e.g.
Files, Projects and Favorites window icons) and could be adjusted a bit.

To have dragger is more proper and consistent, but current window
icons are more finer on the other hand. So let's use windows icons
instead of dragger icons for next release and check whether user
will/will not have a problem to understand its ability to dragging.
Comment 9 Milos Kleint 2005-01-04 07:51:47 UTC
I assume I can close the task now?
