The projects should be ordered in opening order: the last open 
project is placed at the bottom.

The user can use DnD to change ordering of projects - this is 
persistent across session.

Is there any KB-accessible way of reordering projects? D&D is not good
for A11Y.

Adding Trung to CC since I remember him specifically saying we should
never do such a thing. :-)

Correct, I don't like the idea much.  What is the use case?

In a file explorer, I also don't have the option to "reorder" the
folders/files I see.  I can change the sort order, say according to
name, last-modified, etc.  Good enough.

DnD is actually not alwasy that easy to use.  It's intuitive when the
situation clearly invites the user to drag things around (form editor
for example).  Otherwise the program must use it _consistently_.

If we allow DnD in Projects tab, we have to do it in Files tab and All
Files/Favorites and perhaps also in Runtime.  If we allow it for top
level nodes we'd have to do for second, third, forth level nodes as well.

It was intended only for the Projects tab, and only for top-level
nodes (i.e. projects). The idea was that when you open a set of
projects with dependencies, they will tend to stay together in a clump
so you can more easily close them all together.

Personally I have no strong feeling about the modified default order
though I slightly prefer the alphabetical order since it makes it
easier to find what you are looking for quickly when you have a lot of
projects open. I definitely dislike offering an explicit reorder action.

Petr please don't work on this issue right now, and we will discuss
more on Wednesday.

The final resolution was not to implement this due to possible
usability problems. I Think.
