* Change Name field to "Package Name"
* Change Folder field to "Location" combo box (that allows to 
select a package root)
* Change Created File to "Created Package"

Fixed when the New Java Package wizard was finally implemented.

This issue was solved long time ago. Because nobody has reopened it neither
added comments, we are verifying/closing it now.
