A participant added JAR into the Runtime classpath and couldn't 
figure out why it wasn't working during compilation.

Same thng needs to be done in webapps. Thus moving to you guys. Will
attach a patch file. After you apply the patch please close the bug.

Hoho, my favourite mistake. Ignore the last two comments the patch and
the reassigment of the issue. I'm very sorry it belongs to another issue.

Should be considered fixed after we implemented the new look of the
J2SE project customizer.
