Gili, isn't it duplicate of issue 41341 ? Upgrading to P1. I can reproduce this issue using a fresh userdir under JDK 1.5 beta 1. In summary: the build is completely unusable since you cannot create new projects and you cannot mount a directory without a project and finally many users (myself included) don't have a preexisting project. Yes, looks like a duplicate. This means that dev builds will no longer run at all under JDK 1.5 beta 1. Normally I'd say you should workaround this bug somehow, but seeing as beta 2 is due out on April 4th I say we wait and upgrade when it comes out. Would be good to announce this somehow though; on the Netbeans news page perhaps? It is likely to affect a lot of people who use the dev builds (since they are likely to be using bleeding-edge JDKs as well). closing as duplicate RELNOTE keyword is on duplicate issue - so I hope that it will be noticed somewhere. *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 41341 *** closing |
