[NetBeans 3.6 RC1, JDK 1.4.2_03]

1. Open monitor
2. Open Options, choose IDE Configuration ->
System -> Modules -> Web -> HTTP Monitor
3. Set Enabled to false.

Monitor module is disabled, but monitor window
remains open. Also inactive monitor icon in
toolbar remain, but it disappears after some time.

If you leave monitor window open, disable and enable monitor module
and select HTTP Monintor from Window menu, new second monitor window
is opened.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
