How to reproduce it:
1) select Browsing Workspace
2) select Editing WS
3) change L&F (Metal => Motif)
4) select Browsing WS
=> Main window has good WS (Motif), other windows has old one (Metal)


i.e.: L&F change applies just to current workspace and main window.

Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> verify.
