On the second panel of Install Wizard: License Panel

User is instructed to read license text carefully,
but it's not clear that s/he must accept it to
enable NEXT button.

Please add there some additional text under the
reading instrcution, something like this:
"You have to accept the license to continue with
installation"

It is now part of the BCL - at the end.
