When performing a Graphical Diff between revisions from the Versioning tab, a new tab is opened in the editor pane, but it does not gain focus.  The previously selected tab keeps the focus.  I feel the desired behavior would be for the Diff Tab to gain focus when it's opened.

This is already fixed in dev builds. This was a regression of fix of
issue #39204.
