How to reproduce:
1) Invoke VCS Generic mounting wizard
2) Select CVS profile
3) Set "local" as CVS Server Type
4) Set "ext" as CVS Server Type
5) See enabling and disabling of component on wizard
6) ERROR - some field are enable and disabled in a
short time

Solution: At the begining disable all fields. Then
get statuses for all fields. At the end enable
field you need.

The enable/disable logic needs to be reviewed. See also issue #37252.

Issue #37252 is fixed, but some redundant intermediate
enabling/disabling is still there.

This should be fixed now in 4.1. I do not see any excessive flickering.
